Here at OMONI Boutique, our biggest goal is to ensure the happiness of our amazing and loyal customers. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order from us, we will do everything we can to try and make it better. Please see below our guidelines for return/exchanges:
Rules for returns (in-store):
  • Items can be returned/exchanged within 15 days of the original purchase date, for a refund to your original form of payment or exchange of full retail amount.
  • Within 15-30 days, we will issue a store credit for any unworn/unwashed items in their original packaging/labeling at HALF of purchase price.
  • All FINAL SALE ITEMS cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing error (please notify us within 3 days or receiving)
  • If 30 days has elapsed from the day purchased, it WILL NOT BE eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, and all tags must still be attached.
  • Include your original receipt (helpful but not necessary). (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
Rules for returns (online):
We encourage you look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you have received a defective item, please click here to be directed to our return form within 3 business days of your received order. If you believe you were sent incorrect items or items are missing from your order, please click here and our customer service team will respond ASAP so we can correct our mistake!
  • Regular Priced Items can be returned within 20 days of the original shipment date, for a refund to your original form of payment of full retail value less $5.00 for shipping/restocking fees. Please click here to fill out our return form.
  • Within 20-30 days, we will issue a store credit for any unworn/unwashed items in their original packaging/labeling at HALF of purchase price.
  • Anything purchased at FINAL SALE price is a FINAL SALE and WILL NOT BE eligible for return or exchange. For concerns, please contact us by clicking here (include your order number)
  • Anything purchased during a 'flash' promotion either on Facebook, Instagram Twitter or Email will be considered a final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, and all tags must still be attached.
  • Include your original receipt/packing slip. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 7-10 business days to process your return once it is received at our store.
