RETURN POLICY

Here at OMONI Boutique, our biggest goal is to ensure the happiness of our amazing and loyal customers. We try to bring in NEW ARRIVALS as often as possible, BUT by doing so, our turnaround for returns has to be kept at 15 days of in-store purchases or 15 days of online purchases upon delivery. You can return items for store credit only. (Store credit has no expiration date!)

Shipping is non-refundable. Please allow our team 3-5 business days to process your return once it is received at our store.

All sale items are final sale.

We are a small, local business and appreciate your understanding.

 REFUNDS FOR STORE CREDIT

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. All item(s) will be thoroughly inspected before refunds are processed. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we feel the item(s) has been worn or damaged beyond repair.

Please email info@omoniboutique.com to request a refund. Allow 24 hours for us to review and if approved, we will email you a prepaid return label to ship the item back. Once received and inspected, we will email a gift card in the amount of the return.
