RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
Here at OMONI Boutique, our biggest goal is to ensure the happiness of our amazing and loyal customers. We try to bring in new arrivals as often as possible, BUT by doing so, our turnaround for returns or exchanges has to be kept at 7 days of in-store purchases or 10 days of online purchases. We are a small, local business and appreciate your understanding of trying to bring in an elevated range of quality pieces as often as possible.
After the 7 days in-store or 10 days online, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. All item(s) will be thoroughly inspected before refunds are processed. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we feel the item(s) has been worn or damaged beyond repair. REFUNDS
All refunds are processed to your original form of payment and takes approximately 3-5 business days depending upon your banking institution.
FINAL SALE/GIFTS
All SALE ITEMS & ACCESSORIES cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing error (please notify us within 3 days of receiving or purchasing).
Shipping is non-refundable. Please allow our team 3-5 business days to process your return once it is received at our store.
